I am deeply dissapointed in Bosch Customer Care. I bought a vacuum cleaner on 25 February 2021, which I use once a week to clean a 5m x 5m apartment. On 3 April 2021, after using the vacuum cleaner for the 6th time I saw sparks inside the motor. This vacuum cleaner hasn't worked a total of 2 hours since purchase. I registered the item on Bosch website, and sent through a customer query through the website on 3 April 2021, I received a reply from Garth at BSH Customer Services on 6 April 2021 informing me that Bosch doesn't send out technicians for vacuum cleaners and that the vacuum cleaner needs to be handed in at the workshop in Midrand. I fully understand this. I informed Garth that I work full time in Pretoria, and cannot drive 40km to Midrand to hand in the vacuum cleaner and asked if it can be collected. After having to follow up on my request Garth, very shortly informed that this cannot be done and that I need to courier the vacuum cleaner to Bosch. WHY must I PAY courier fees to have a vacuum cleaner couriered to Bosch that IS BRAND NEW AND OBVIOUSLY HAS SOME MANUFACTURING FAULT. I am seriously not impressed with Bosch at this stage.

Overall Siemans/Bosch have outdone themselves-their certified installers not so much. Recommend if you have a Hob glass plate to replace or repair speak to Siemans directly, they seriously know their stuff. Special mention to Ashleigh and especially Lyle who went above and beyond, to get things sorted eventually.

Even though it took longer than expected, you always answered my emails and calls . Much appreciated, will recommend this brand to family and friends!

Absolutely poor customer service (shop soiled dept) Can't get hold of the sales consultant telephonically and when you are there in person the consultant has constant excuses

Very happy to say that they go out of their way to help. Did not have stock for my coffee machine but offered to order it from Germany. Now they even offered to test the machine and fit the PC. Thank you

If the European receptionist eventually answer your call and place you to the correct department, the line cuts out... After many calls you find out there is no stock and the prices for the replacement parts are no worth the money, as the blender jug breaks before 12 months, no guarantee or warranty...
