The process of buying to fitting our new fridge freezer was a good experience. The fitters were courteous & efficient, cleaning up well when finished.
The sales man James was most helpful in making my decision about which washing machine to choose, and it arrived the following day. Hamud and Alfie were efficient and friendly, finding the best way to get the machine into the kitchen, my doorways are quite narrow. They also wore masks while they were here. I can highly recommend BB Domestics.
I recently moved to Eastbourne and relied on my daughter's recommendation. So pleased l did, l found them extremely helpful since our communication could only be done over the phone. They knew exactly what my requirements were and even offered to display in window for me to view. Hob was installed within days . Will continue to use DB Domestics.
So our 16 year old oven broke and it was time for a new one. In the spirit of supporting local business and as I had heard such good things about them I thought I’d look at DB domestics website to see what they had. I found the perfect oven and was pleased to see they offered free fitting and removal of the old oven at no extra charge. I paid for the oven online and received an email to say it would be fitted two days later. So easy and no hassle or drama. I would definitely use DB domestics again. Brilliant service.
