The Hot Surface Ignitor went out on my 25 yr old furnace. Thankfully this shop had the part and with the identical connector! Grateful for the service and thankful this shop is in business.

Reggie and the guys helped out with my GE oven igniter. Great help, even greater price. Reggie let me know that I’d have to slightly lube the screws to remove it. Told him “been there, broke that already”. Supper friendly staff, clean store. Hopefully I’ll never need to get a part again, but if I do, I’ll come back here. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Needed a part to fix my aging water heater but had some difficulty identifying the correct part number on my own. These guys mad sure we found the right part, and Reggie even spent time talking me through all my options to potentially save money. Also, even though they didn’t have the part in stock, they were able to order it and let me pick it up same day just minutes away. I’m absolutely going back here for all future parts needs.

What a great last minute find this place was. Fixing my dryer, wasn't sure what the problem was so I tore it apart. Found what I needed and these folks had it in stock and set it aside for me for when I arrived. MUCH better than ordering online and waiting with no dryer for 2-3 days. In my house that would not have been a fun wait. Thanks APS, you guys rock! p.s. I hope I never need you again :)
