If you're a first time home buyer or have had bad experiences in the past - you owe it to yourself to seek out Jennifer \Jeni\ Brill with The Hills Premier Realty. She is amazing! Patient, professional and knowledgeable with tremendous resources to assist you - from excellent loan officers to thorough home inspectors. Jeni was so personable and easy to talk to when interviewing my wife and I on what we were looking for. She really got us communicating in a healthy, constructive way. She GRADUALLY introduced us to the process (and WOW is it a process). After each open house - she helped us debrief on the pros and cons of each house... while lending just the right amount of her opinion and considerations.
