Great place to live. Recently remodeled/painted and everything looks really nice. There’s a trail in the back for walking/running and the most beautiful sunsets happen here. Management is great and always helpful. Very good place to live, clean, nice and affordable.

Loved these apartment complex till recently. I’ve tried getting a hold of the office to fix an issue and they have yet to contact me but they had the time to send me a form letting me know I have failed to get back to them to fill out some paper work. They failed to contact me to figure out the best way to fix the situation. I’m paying for a storage I can’t even use because there was construction done and after getting the okay to put back all my belongings in my storage, I let them know of the condition that the storage was left by the construction team and haven’t heard from them.
They aren't car thieves. But they WILL STEAL YOUR CAR!!!

My boyfriend and two dogs have lived here for a year and a half. Things continue to get worse the longer we are here. When we first moved in we were vacuuming and pieces of our carpet came up when a maintenance person finally came he told us the office didn’t tell him why he was here. Our apartment has mold pretty bad, the siding around our outer doors are falling apart due to mold and in the corner of our living room. I have cleaned both areas including window seals several times no luck when we went to management a maintenance man came and painted over the mold spots leaving the bottom of our door different colors than the rest of our door. Recently we complained about our carpet again and the maintenance man said it was our dogs ruining the carpet, but my dogs are always in the kennel when we are not home to watch them so how they could destroy carpet in so many places is beyond me, specially since I have never seen them scratch or chew on any carpet any where. As of the last week we have learned that our entire stairwell besides two apartments are infested with cockroaches. The neighbor downstairs and across apartment always smells horrid of feces and he will not allow pest control into his apartment to deal with the cockroaches. Several neighbors including myself have complained about the horrid smell (we whiteness him dumping pee outside on a regular basis) and concerns that he would attract cockroaches. Nothing was done and now our entire stair well is in a frenzy, we can’t buy groceries in bulk due to cockroaches, we are cleaning constantly and scared we might run into the nasty things. The stress of the cockroaches have become so horrendous I woke up tonight to our entire stairwell outside screaming and arguing about the disgusting issue that management should’ve delt with long ago.
These bad reviews haven't been my experience. (Just sound like judgemental, bitter reviewers based off their personal issues rather than rating properly. Management is great. Very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Landscape is beautiful and very well kept. Maintenance were also very nice and offered their help to me. The price for the apartment is great in my opinion it's low for the area. On a jogging road and walking distance to main stores.
Terrible place, if you like tweakers, thefts, and lots of drama with the constant police meet ups who never come when gunshots rang out, roaches fleas and a manly looking chick who is always on the property tricking selling and bumming... with neighbors who never clean their apartments, dumpster dive and the occasional used needles by the playground... Please do come live here I was on low income, for almost 10 years the manager is a slum lord, who will find any reason to take your deposit, no worries you might enjoy a good reference as a bribe... Berry Ridge Sucks... and the feds are constantly in the area "gang stalking" and gas lighting everyone they feel is a problem...
