I wish zeros were available but unfortunately they’re not! So they get this star which is very undeserving! I’ve been living in my apartment for 6mos and I have had a leaking window for all 6. I have repeatedly reported this issue and I’m always told “we’re waiting on the contractor”. At this point I have furniture being ruined and very little patience! I guess it’s not a priority to them and although COVID is a current issue I’ve just noticed the new windows being put in on the new apartments being built out here. So my question is, what contractor did you use for those ? We’re they not available for one extra window? I wish I could upload the videos of my window and all the mess it’s created. Think twice before renting here!

These are decent apartments at best. They are old and very outdated. I would suggest a total overhaul to update them.

It was a great place at FIRST. BUT as the weeks go by, our apartment complex was not doing too well. Our A/C unit was horrible. It is always warm-hot in the apt. and some days is unbearable to sleep upstairs without a fan. Our AC is always running due to the warm atmosphere. On top of that, they have been towing cars without parking stickers and visitors pass. To get your car back it is about 100. That is ridiculous! We almost have our family cars towed when they came to visit. I feel like the landlord/office management is HORRIBLE. She is stuck up and mean. They haven't even clean the pool area this whole summer! We were looking forward to that and I don't think they are doing it at all this summer. They will NOT SUBLEASE. So we are also penalize for leaving early and have to leave within a month with a two months rent paid for. We will not be allowed to live during the two months. -- I don't know if all apartment rent place are like this but, IT'S RIDICULOUS! I Personally DO NOT recommend anyone to live there, unless you want to deal with management while you're there.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The management office is lazy and only about collecting money. This place is crawling with roaches and termites. There is drug deals that go down hourly in the parking lot. The maintenance men do not fix anything. We have water dripping from our ceiling, holes in our screens and door, tile and flooring is missing, there is cigarette burns from the previous tenants every where in my apartment that have not been fixed in the 4 months that I have lived here. People steal your clothes out of the washer and dryer while they are being washed. The women in the front office are beyond rude and are no help in anyway. If you are thinking about moving to this deplorable apartment complex run as fast as you can before you get sucked into a neverending fight and headache.
