All of the team were incredibly helpful and friendly while guiding me through the process of getting a mortgage, as a first time buyer. Everything was explained to me so I had a total understanding of proceedings and I felt that they were acting in my best interests and professionally the whole time. After securing my mortgage, they assisted me by advising on relevant insurance and add on products. This all made for a very hassle free experience. Highly recommended, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Find a better insurance company or go direct which is what i am going to do when my policy ends in July next year!! You will get a better deal in the long run there are lots of hidden charges they even charge you to pay by debit card and threaten you with cancelling insurance policys etc constantly. I have not had my policy for a month yet and have had 2 cancellation letters and I paid in full for the year!!! They take your card details and payment before checking your License with DVLA although I have a clean licence and gave them my National insurance number I received a cancellation letter as they needed a unique code which they could not access which was not explained to me before hand... Then 38 is a bit steep for a change of address as I changed address 2 weeks ago and been away for 10 days yet another cancellation letter for not paying the change of address fee of 38 plus fees etc and 10 admin charge for anything/everything else they do..... Wish they had a no star rating....
