Brilliant experience. Booked 08:30 appointment online and turned up to find the reduced hours start at 09:00, so watch out online if you’re booking during the pandemic. When the first person turned up to work early he was really professional, apologised for the mess up, and got ready. Came to my car bang on 09:00 saying it will be an hour. After 40 minutes (and watching the staff multi-task all the time) my car was finished early! Very happy and easy service, exactly what you want

Ordered 2 tyres from the marlborough branch , we requested that the new tyres were fitted to the rear wheels as the tread was 2.5mm , we then requested that the wheels were moved to the front , when my wife returned home i found they had actually changed the front tyres dispite the fronts being on 4.5 mm , this has now left us needing to replace the rear tyres at further cost ( 135) , when i called to complain the manager said they were all the same tread depth and quickly added that the scrap tyres had been taken away that day which was suspicious , why if they decided to not carry out the work as requested by the customer did they not inform my wife at the time ? . I suspect my front tyres will end up being sold on, or on the fitters car . Very poor service and tantamount to theft . After using this branch for years it is the last time I will give this company any business . Being a former tyre fitter qualified to city and guilds standard I am more than qualified to measure the depth of my wife's tyres, advoid this branch

Considering the amount of cars wanting tyres and other services offered, the 2 men (one of which had to keep stopping to answer the phone) did an excellent job. Everyone seems to want their cars reshod on a Saturday. So make a weekday appointment to save walking around Marlborough for an hour and a half. All in all 100% service, but they need another Saturday man/ woman.
