I wasn't sure which tyres needed replacing but knew they needed checking. ATS portsmouth fit me at short notice and told me they only needed to replace one tyre, which was great as I was expecting more because garages in the past have just changed them all anyway. They phoned when they said and because I got the nitrogen topped up I can go back and have it done again for free. Great service, would recommend

Only popped in for a regas & debug (Groupon), staff were very accommodating regarding me changing my booking, gave time estimation ect, couldn't ask for more. Can't comment on the debug but certainly gave the aircon a nice scent! Hasn't been regassed in 10 years, noticeable difference.

I’ve been using this ATS site for 29 years since I was 17 years old for work (transport haulage) and my own vehicles in all those years I’ve never had a problem always dealt with either Chris or Jon, which I found out today they have sadly left, today I went in just for a puncture (10-15 min job) I was the only customer there, no cars waiting to go in and no customers waiting in the office, there were 2 cars in the unit one of which was just coming out. Now this is the first time I’ve been in since Chris and Jon has left I was served by a coloured chap who aggressively asked what I wanted which took me back abit, I replied “n/s/f picture” and proceeded to hand him the key, he replied it would be 3hrs to wait!? I looked at him and looked round the garage to make a point that the place is empty! he said he has no staff and for me to go to Protyre round the corner as they have more staff!! Admittedly I could only see him and another member of staff but the place was empty! As I drove off he was just staring at me giving me the evils like he wanted to fight me!! It’s a 15min job!? So I left and did what he said, I went to Protyre I was literally in there 12-15 mins had 2 free coffees I will go there in future. I have never been treated like that in all the 29 years I’ve been going there, Nothing was ever a problem before, Chris and Jon always accommodated, and to send me to a Competitor round the corner is just unbelievable that site must be losing money and business hand over fist no wonder it was empty.
