My experience of this place has been good. Been here for mot twice. As long as you know a bit about mechanics you should be okay.

My dads Volvo went in for an MOT December last year and failed because of the handbrake an tyres. Got that all sorted only for his car to be returned with 3 separate pieces of interior plastic broken and all four wheels nut caps were missing as well. Who ever had worked on his car didn’t report all the damage to the appropriate member of staff and it was returned to dad in pieces. This is terrible customer service and shouldn’t of gone out without being checked or reported. Fair play to the manger who I spoke too who was very good about getting replacement parts and had them fitted for him. For years we’ve been using ATS but after this incident we won’t be anymore. We will be taking all our vehicles else where.
