This guy shows up for his initial service call to repair my mother’s microwave which is one that is connected to the oven. He said he need to go home and research how to repair but needed his 60 service fee and he would call. Weeks later we hear back that it would be a two man job to repair it and he works alone so he cannot fix it. That’s BS! How easy it is to take calls and just say you can’t fix it and collect 60. This dude is a scam.

Gary saved our trip this year! It is difficult to get someone to even try to come to an RV and look at a refrigerator even though its a residential Whirlpool side-by-side. Gary came out and ran diagnostics on all the parts inside the freezer to see why it was frosting over. He determined that all the parts in the freezer were working well. He told us that the control board is our issue and that is in the backside of the fridge. That was too big of a job for him to do alone. He and Donna did give us the part # as well as the place to order it from. We got the part and were able to pull the fridge out ourselves. At that point, replacing the control board was an easy task. That was indeed our problem and all is working well. Thank you Gary for making the right determination for us to easily fix our problem. You saved us from turning around to go back home to Colorado way too early.

What was thought to be a simple hose/valve repair on my dishwasher turned out to be that plus rewiring from electrical panel to the dishwasher. The repairs were completed diligently & professionally, cleanup included!!! Mr. Gary Gonzales had everything completed in good time!!! Cost of repairs were affordable. I would definitely recommend this company!
