What a great change of pace from what a lot of businesses have become. Prompt service. Great communication. Very honest. Punctual. They check all the boxes. Had them out for a fridge repair and he was above honest, quick, and very helpful! I highly recommend this company!

Honest, efficient, and helpful. Vee did a great job in quickly diagnosing my GE refrigerator. He helped me to consider whether it would be worth it to repair or replace due to the cost involved- unfortunately my moving company damaged the freezer drawer, meaning it would be a very expensive fix that might not result in it being functional. I appreciated paying only 60 for the service visit by a guy who clearly knows his stuff and is local, and who helped write an invoice to possibly make a claim with the moving company. I'll use him again from sure!!!

My GE Refrigerator Icemaker went out. We have been contemplating getting it fixed because we thought it would be an arm and a leg to get it done. Fortunately, we found the right tech. Fair, honest and trustworthy. He didn't even ask for money up front but rather, trusted us enough to keep the part he installed a few days, to allow us to confirm the diagnosis was correct and that the part was working efficently. Great communicator.
