This is a scam. They take the call out fee of around 60 don't look at the appliance in any detail then delay that they can't find any parts for months on end. Still waiting for parts from an October call out. Called up the manufacturer and found parts available next day delivery which was suggested to engineer. Then suddenly new parts are required. Chased well over 30 times before complaining to NAC directly. NAC have replied to below comments here stating that you have to contact them directly however, when you do they just fob you off saying they have contacted the engineer to contact us about a refund even though the engineer went silent months ago. Avoid them completely. We will be taking it to the small claims court out of principle to help avoid this happening to others. I would also point out that trust advisor is not a credible source of reviews for any company. It is paid for by companies and negative reviews are frequently deleted. This is evident in the glowing reviews for NAC on Trust Pilot whilst Google having so many 1 star reviews.

Excellent service. As if this year cannot get any worse our oven broke last week. Neil and Jack were brilliant and identified the problem and then came back this morning to fit the new part. When ringing the office you are not left hanging on for ages, they answered the phones immediately and the person I spoken to was extremely helpful. Thankyou for all your help.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Very poor service. Came out to repair our Beko American Fridge Freezer and diagnosed the problem as needing a new PTC and Overload Protector - absolutely fine go ahead and order the parts. The engineer made us aware in some circumstances it could take up to 5 weeks for parts to be delivered. 4 weeks and 5 days into waiting for the parts i rang the office and explained to the girl that if the parts weren't in by Thursday (5 weeks to the day) I would cancel the order and go elsewhere. One day later the parts were miraculously on their way and the engineer would fit them next Tuesday. Great news, the engineer came out as expected Tuesday and fitted the new parts however the fridge didn’t feel cool and the freezer certainly wasn’t freezing but the engineer told us to leave the fridge freezer for 24 hours as it still felt ‘hot’ and sometimes they can take up to 48 hours to start back up so we did as instructed and left the device for 24 hours - still nothing. We rang the engineer Thursday morning and explained- he said no problem he would call in around 4pm - he didn’t call in at 4pm he called in at 2 o’clock the following Tuesday. He then said the problem was no longer the PTC and the Overload Protector but now it was the Compressor at a cost of 427. We waited nearly 7 weeks for a part that we didn’t need. Not at any point was I convinced the engineer or the girl in the office completely knew what they were doing and were making it up as they went along. When I asked if the problem with the Compressor was due to the fact the device had been left turned on but out of use for 6 weeks the girl said she would need to ask her manager and call me back - i said dont bother and cut my losses. Very inept and poor service with employees that aren’t capable, would not recommend and certainly wont use again.

I described the problem of my AEG washer dryer over the phone. I got a quote of 78 and I wasn't informed of any additional costs. So I'd assume 78 means the washer dryer could be fixed straightaway. When the engineer arrived, he checked it for 15 minutes and said repairing my AEG washer dryer costs additional 230 as the parts are expensive. I was shocked! That mean the total cost to repair it will be over 300 which I had not expected it at all. I then turned to call AEG repair team through its website and it costs only 135 to repair it inclusive labor and all parts! I also checked the parts the engineer stated to be \expensive\ on AEG website and those are not as much as he told me. Please everyone, avoid use their services. The price is unclear and it is full of surprises.
