It's maintained clean & neat with courteous security person. The building is well spaced and properly equipped with great professional infra structure
Everything is ok, except parking. Took almost an hour finding a parking. That area is notorious for parking
New building located on salaam street; has many important offices. My place of interest was the Orient insurance company. Be careful with the revolving doors. Lots of parallel lifts... You have to select the proper floor before boarding.... Can't select from inside... Same while coming down. Parking is usually full during peak hours due to adjoining Adnoc building.
