The shop experince is good, but unlike some other tile sellers or hardware shops Impermo does not agree to change the excess floor tiles. You should be careful when you order, I wanted to change the boxes of unused and unopened tiles with another color. Impermo sales person explained once you purchase the tiles you can not return or replace them with another color.

I was disappointed in the beginning when I realized that quite some of the tiles are broken. But when I came to order extra and mentioned this in the shop, I’ve been offered a replacement free of charge without me asking for this. I didn’t expect this and it was a very positive surprise. Thanks a lot! Impermo - my source of tiles!
In less than three hours, we could chose, order and plan the delivery of the tiles for our baby's sleeping room. Afterwards, we realized that we forgot the baseboard. No worries, no need to go back to the show room, from the website and the help of the online support, I could: 1. add these directly to my order 2. change the way the delivery will be done (I chose the pick-up option instead of delivery at home) Finally on the date, I picked-up all my stuff in no time. Great experience !
We have selected and purchased square white tiles 2 weeks ago and collected them from their warehouse. A few days later we claimed that the tiles we have received had completely different nuances and were anything but white. The shop assistant acknowledged the issue while comparing while indicated that only the shop manager could decide for a reimbursement. Today I kindly expressed the issue and asked to return the tiles. I was told that no matter what they never accept tiles back so I was left without even an apology. Absolutely to avoid if you don't want to have a terrible customer experience! DON'T EVER EVER BUY TILES HERE!
