Outstanding! I am truly thankful for the help I received from John Lawrence from Porcelanosa Warrington today. I called today requesting a sample so that I could match some Porcelanosa tiles already installed in my house; these had been preinstalled by my builder Redrow. Not only was John able to confirm which ones I should be ordering he allowed me to send him a photo for him to check the model; because of his helpfulness I was able to order them with confidence which are arriving on Wednesday. As a product these wood effect tiles are amazing, stylish and hard wearing and the service today was remarkable! Thank you John and thank you Porcelanosa!

Perfection is worth waiting for. Why settle for anything less
Visited the store on Saturday and have to say the service was fine. Subsequently called the store to ask for a copy of the quote to be e-mailed to me as I'd misplaced the hard copy. I was told that the member of staff had logged off the system and the store closes at 6 pm. After pointing out the time was still only 5:53 I was then (defensively) asked why I wanted the quote. I explained why and was given a verbal price irrelevant to what I was asking for. After asking again for a copy of the quote to be e-mailed I was told that they don't do that despite taking my e-mail address at the weekend. After asking again (politely) I was abruptly put on hold before being told they'd e-mail it the following morning. Waited 2 hours and nothing. Called and was told they didn't have my e-mail address on file. Not one apology and certainly not slick customer service you'd expect to go with the slick marketing and showroom.
I have had in the past the most excellent service and help from all the staff. Matt Whitehead,John,Plus the most patient and excellent ideas from a young lady ( So sorry I lost your card) and also Chris Spencer.It was an all round team effort,I do love this store but try to wait to buy in the 40% Sales.
Each and every time we have introduced customers to Porcelanosa they have received outstanding service and impressive deals. Thanks to the team down there looking after our referrals. Highly recommended!
