What a gem of an Estate Agent this is! I instructed GTH to sell my late fathers property , a property he adored and a very special part of his life. I live 350 miles away so trust was a huge part of my relationship with GTH and one which they certainly delivered on. To me that is probably the key ingredient you need from an estate agent, but never more so in the situation I was in - not only 300 miles away but selling in the middle of a global pandemic too! Simon was superb from start to finish , I have never met him and I probably never will but I feel like I have ! and regard him as a friend - that shows you how much my fathers estate was valued and looked after by all at GTH. Superb customer service, excellent communication and not to mention finding a buyer in less than a week!! I would highly recommend GTH to anyone - there are a lot of choices these days in agents with the rise of online agents with no fees but selling a home is selling part of your life and should be done with care, consideration and respect and all of that you will get from GTH and some!
