Reeds Rains Estate Agents Prescot

Totally recommended. From start to finish the team from Reeds Rains were professional and efficient. Would like to give an extra mention to Lesley who was always able to answer questions and made the whole process so much easier.

My house was valued recently by Joe Graham, Valuations Manager at Prescot. I was very impressed with the service I received. Joe was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and communicated and engaged in a sociable manner whilst remaining professional: not a common skill. After the visit and a telephone call the following day, I was very clear about the plan I should follow to market my house to its full potential. I also understood the market conditions affecting my sale currently and in the coming year. I should add that my house is quite individual and unusual in many respects and Joe paid full attention to these factors and gave the due time required. I look forward to working with Reed Rains and Joe Graham in particular. Many thanks Pat D

Who said selling a house is stressful? Lesley & Joe made this whole experience very easy, uncomplicated and worry-free. I would not hesitate to use them again. Through every step of the way I was kept informed in a very friendly and understanding way. It wasn't just about making a sale in a business type way which I have experienced with other estate agents; I knew I was genuinely listened to and valued. I cannot recommend using them highly enough. THANK YOU!!! Be safe...
