from the very first contact made right through to the day contracts were exchanged the staff at Newton Fallowell were great! communication was spot on, help with any difficulties along the way were dealt with even if they weren't their difficulties to deal with and through covid-19 they still went above and beyond! Rick and James were so helpful, clear and explained things clearly and didn't make me feel stupid...even when I asked the most basic of questions!! would definitely recommend and if I ever sell a property again I wouldn't go anywhere else apart from Newton Fallowell!!! thanks guys!

Really impressed with them at the start he made me feel at ease and understanding and was very helpful throughout covid I was really impressed how they made me feel safe when showing potential buyers around and the strick rules. The only downside was towards the end when it was getting stressful especially when I was told my seller wanted to walk away from us as buyers through no fault of our own due to complications with my buyer it felt as if we weren't important anymore and that my buyer had the reins. Communications were difficult towards the end and had to go through my lawyer instead. I still wish them the best of luck
