Very pleased with our fire. The fitters were here all day as it wasn’t the easiest install for them and they made sure everything worked perfectly. Customer service was good in the shop. Everything was straight forward and went exactly to plan

We visited Wolverhampton Fireplaces and so glad we did. The choice was amazing, the knowledge shared with us on making our decision was grately received and we booked there and then. The fitter came and surveyed and the knowledge again was superb. He knew it would be a difficult job due to the location of our chimney but he put our minds at ease. When the work was carried out they where professional, friendly and so clean considering the work that we were having done. The finish of the job was amazing and the knowledge shared on how to use the fire correctly, what stages we had to do to build us up to lighting a full fire and how to look after the product and get the best out of it. Would highly recommend

What can I say, I am very impressed, from start to finish Adam and all the staff I spoke to were polite, friendly, helpful and honest. They offered good advice and it was obvious they care about their customers. Even down to the fire fitter Carl the service was excellent, I would definitely recommend this company.
