Northfield Fireplace was amazing. I needed a new vent-free gas fireplace insert and spoke to Joe, the owner of the outfit. He was able to give me a quote for the job within minutes after looking at the photos I sent him of my old insert. He scheduled the job for a week later. I paid half of what the folks at Embers Fireplace in Mentor were going to charge me for EXACTLY the same insert model labor. Northfield sent out two incredibly professional and fast working technicians who installed my new fireplace in a little over an hour, leaving their work area perfectly clean. I could not be happier with the job and with the new beautifully working fireplace. Thank you.

I ordered a fireplace insert from North Field Fireplace and I must say the entire experience was great. I drove five hours to pick up the insert at their location, the communication was great. I bought the Pilgrim Home & Hearth Air Insulated Ash Bucket. It's a handsome item overall and was shipped promptly. The lid was deformed and had multiple dents in it. I was able to bend it back into shape but there are still deformities. It wouldn't be noticeable to the casual observer but irritating at the cost. The box it was shipped in was in excellent condition so it likely did not happen during transit. Edit update: I won't need a replacement. I'm very grateful for the offer Good experience with Northfield Fireplace and Grills. Five Star.

We had a wonderful experience selecting a new wood stove for our home and having it installed last week. From our first step in the showroom, Joe took the time to explain differences between the brands, was honest about the pros/cons, sent us home with literature to consider the options, and gave us a very fair price that included both the stove and installation. The installation team also took the time to walk us through the features and operation of our new stove, and we couldn't be more excited to have such a high-quality wood stove to keep things toasty this winter!

I was extremely impressed with Eric (my sales rep). Do to the Covid pandemic I did my research on line rather than in store, so I had a few more questions than the average consumer. Eric addressed my issues and got the ball rolling . I cannot end this review without complimenting the installation crew. The lead man came and did the final measurements and gave me some tips on the usage and care of my fireplace insert and when the installation was complete we never knew they had been there. They rolled out a tarp to cover the carpet and left our house as clean as when they came. It's so nice to deal with people that do what they say, when they say it will happen. If you are tired of the run-a-round, call Northfield fireplace. Don V.
