Chaotic and unprofessional. Never answer their phones and constant queues as such a slow and dithering service. Needs a decent manager and staff with an interest in the job who have pride in their work. I avoid going unless I am desperate!

Staff pleasant and offered me help with regards to a product that I was looking to purchase as I was unable to get this product from a different pharmacy.
They never answer the phone, are unorganised and can never find my script. Basically useless.
Great service! Recently one of the Lloyds pharmacist questioned the suitability of an item put on my prescription and said she will have to discuss it with my GP service. She tried calling but couldn’t get through, as I left I was overtaken by the same pharmacist as she ran round to my GP practice to ask in person. If this is not great service then I don’t know what is. Furthermore she was right about the questionable item.
Have been using this pharmacy a couple of years for a twice yearly prescription & have yet to get my prescription filled without delays or problems. Absolutely awful .
