Awful customer service given I’ve been a patient at the local gp practice opposite for 17 yrs! Last few visits for routine repeat prescriptions have been the worst, last month I was asked to come back 3 times for the main item despite the importance and urgency of the meds. The young female pharmacist was extremely rude and volatile and could plainly see me in full view at the till but proceeded with her vile attitude and screamed at the customer service lady that I’d just have to come back, again. Now when they’re are supposed to be open until 7pm (they used to be a late night chemist but reduced opening hours in last 12 months or so), and after rushing back from work to get there in time, at 6.40pm, they are closed! No explanation or sign on door and nothing on line, even tried calling. I’ve just got to grin and bear the pain till tomorrow then!!
