Really disappointed with my first visit on moving back to Oswestry, registering at the brilliant Caxton surgery so was looking forward to using the new attached pharmacy. went on their website and found the item I wanted, called to check it was in stock and at the same price as online, the person I spoke to was very unhelpful, said they did have it in stock but didn't know what price, rushed me off the phone without even offering to check. i went there in person, thinking it must just be the one person providing shoddy customer service, but got a different person who was also unhelpful, the item was a lot more expensive, and when I raised the issue of having called before just looked at me and didn't say anything. Really disappointed. I lived here years ago and remember people being a lot more helpful and friendly. Even though it'll be more convenient for me to use this pharmacy, being registered at the doctor's, I'll be going elsewhere for my medicines.

Just getting worse , I was told today after they were yet again late getting my prescription ready they actually lied - they stated they only received my prescription today .. yet it was yesterday I went to collect it after they already had it for four days .. Don’t lie to your customers just be honest .
