Walked in today and there’s a guy behind this big desk I could only see the top of his head. He didn’t acknowledge me walking in so I tried to look for my future purchase on my own but had no luck. There is a desk at the back of the store. There was a customer sitting there but no worker. 3 minutes later someone appears and asked has he been helped. I’m in complete shock because he was waiting since I walked in. I waited for them to finish and I asked the worker for the location of the item I was looking for. He pointed to the direction. I attempted to find the item but had no luck. I then left the store due to their horrible customer service. I then drove 36 minutes to a cycle gear in Greensboro where their workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for nothing Kevin Powell. You should remove your advertisements from the radio.

My salesman Matt was very helpful, he took time when I called, worked all the numbers over the phone for me. He even brought the bike I wanted in from one of their other dealerships for me. Gave them a deposit, they held the bike for 2 weeks for me until I could make the couple hour drive to pick the bike up. When I got there,everything was ready for me, no hidin charges or bs, just the deal we agreed on and the rate we agreed on. Brittany in finance was also very helpful, everything ready to go. They helped me load it and off I went, a happy customer. Thanks Matt and Brittany !

I sure recommend this place. MATT and BRITNEY AND OTHER STAFFS there are very helpful and very courteous. Very generous in giving us discount we save over 2,000 today purchasing our Polaris 44 570 2020. I would come back again to purchase my own 4 wheeler to drive for fun. This one is for our farm use so its good for its own purpose as of right now. Thank yall!
