My KTM e-bike suffered a sudden and major mechanical failure of the rear axle, causing a lot of damage. I phoned the two 'dealers' listed for my county but was not impressed by either. First phone call to The Little Bike Shop was answered quickly and professionally, it was clear from the outset that they were genuinely interested in fixing my bike and giving good service. The repair took a couple of weeks because it needed a lot of parts, but I was regularly kept informed by email of progress. Nobody likes an unexpected repair bill but I'm confident the price charged was absolutely fair and reasonable, all the parts fitted are top quality items and the workmanship is faultless. Thank you Little Bike Shop!
