Was in there a month ago. Place is not what it used to be. Much smaller, very disorganized, inexperienced staff, mechanic doesn’t know squat and I even question if the guy working on my machine has a ticket. The main guy Kevin is too cheap to invest in a dyno and can’t fix problems then tells you to go to a dealer after he’s milked you for lots of labour. Dealership fixed in two hours what he couldn’t in 8. Buy parts from them if you have to but don’t let them do any maintenance on your sxs or they will screw it up. They destroyed the rear end in my buddies truck at the old location too I just found out. Then proceeded to tell him how to fix it but said they couldn’t didn’t do it because they needed a special tool. Talk about bush league. They all run around like chickens with their heads cut off. It’s almost comical, maybe a reality tv show might be their calling. I’m sure Kevin will quickly give a bs response that he’s never heard of me, but we will see. Seems to be the trend and the way he responded to my buddy with the blown rear end. Just doing my part to save customers money.

Nice looking shop and the staff was very nice to deal with. I was there a few weeks ago picking up parts for my buddies side by side and I was very impressed with the staff and the shop itself that was very clean and I totally would do business there.

good selection of parts in stock... followed edmontons mask bylaw by allowing exemptions.. will defenty be using them in the future....
