Couldn't fault or ask for more, professional, easy to get on with made me feel comfortable from the start. Can't remember his name but dealt with a young man and couldn't fault him at all, would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again

Hit and miss, staff have always been good. Valuations can fluctuate massively and we have had different experiences with money every time. We did well with our connect van which was nothing special. But our two cars we have tried there the offers were certainly too low. I doubled what they offered in a part exchange. The Ferrari in the picture was apparently sold to them for around 60k

Not great experience in this one. Online valuation for my golf was 8k and the member of staff quoted me from 6.8k, he then reluctantly increased it up to 7250, still was 800 below what I was quoted online. He said that's for a mint car. You are buying a used car, it's unreasonable to expect them to be in a mint condition. There were no stone chips apart from two minor alloys scratches. I have been to one in fleet before and had a much nicer experience, I'll avoid this place in the future! Update: I went to Fleet store and they provided a much better valuation for my car. I managed to get 300 more than the value that was offered to me by Basingstoke store. So anyone who is willing to sell their car, drive 14 miles from Basingstoke and go to Fleet instead, they are much better!
