Rang the parts department today for some parts, obviously theres a pandemic knocking about so I can understand places are short staffed or closed or not serving the trade. This is fine I can accept we are in difficult times. What I don't expect is some cockey mare to speak to customers like she spoke to me. ' Im sorry we are not serving trade customers ' in a nice polite voice would have been fine.

Over the last 10 months I have been visiting the Wakefield Peugeot showroom trying to have a look at a specific new car and a possible test drive, on 12 of the 13 occasions I have been ignored for more than 15-20 minutes and when I have tried to approach a member of staff at their desk they either start messing with their keyboard and say they're busy or pick up the phone and pretend to be on a call, only once was someone on reception and she was on the phone the entire time despite me standing right in front of her she still hung up and then immediately answered another call several times, I just walked away. On the 13th and last time I went there I managed to intercept a young salesman and asked about the vehicle and was told to ring round other dealers as he was busy! I will never ever go there again and after travelling to Sheffield and getting great service from Robins & Day I ordered a new car in Nov 19 which will be arriving in 3 weeks, I will make a point of doing the extra mileage to Sheffield for all after sales needs and never trust anything to this shower of rude cowboys!

Visited last week looking for a new car for my wife, and found a Focus being offered at a really good price. Significantly better value than others on the market, so I agreed to pay a 200 deposit to have it taken off the forecourt. Unfortunately my wife couldn't get comfortable with the automatic gearbox, so I had to ask for my deposit back. I was expecting a battle, but after a couple of perfectly questions from the salesman to try to save the sale, he returned our deposit with no hassle. Was pleasantly surprised by that. Thanks to Nathan for all his help with the sale, sorry it didn't pan out. Was very pleased with the service received and would be happy to recommend him to others. If there's one thing that would have improved my experience, it would be a better phone system. I called the branch several times over the course of a few days, and got diverted to a dead line by the switchboard operator on at least half those occasions. Not a major problem, just a bit of a nuisance.

I bought a used Peugeot from Evan Halshaw in October 2019. As soon as I drove the car out of the garage I could feel a dangerous weave, whilst accelerating it swerved to the right and whilst breaking it swerved to the left, the car was un drivable, I returned it for fixing which took over a week to do so. Very worrying that they would let a car on the road in that state. The car came with 12 months MOT on with no advisories however after driving about 100 miles, three weeks after buying the car, the breaks started squeaking, suggesting that the breaks are old and warn. I then went to clean the car for the first time since buying, lifted the car mats and found a huge hole in the carpet hidden by the floor mats provided, I should of smelt a rat as brand new floor mats aren’t normally provided free of charge, they’ve obviously gone out of their way to hide this fact. Less then two months after buying the car I went to start it to go to work and the battery was flat, I had to call the RAC and have a battery replaced at 127 which wasn’t covered by the extended warranty I purchased with the car. Speaking of the warranty, the sales man sold me a 400 extended warranty for two years, saying ‘all mechanical and electrical parts and labour are included except general wear and tear such as tires and wipers’, great I thought, however after checking the list of excluded parts I’m not actually sure what I’ve paid 400 for, every part of the car seems to be listed including major parts like ‘engine and gear’. I’ve had nothing but bother with this car, I paid extra to buy a car via a trusted dealership and now feel nothing but disappointment and con’d with my purchase

Great Staff - Great Service Staff excellent, made to feel really welcome, explained what would happen at service. Exceptionally great service quick, kept well informed and even brought car home to us which wasn't expected. The price was also less than quote given. Thank you so much.
