Never going there again, twice in a row had negative experience (once with mechanic, second with customer service), so now I understand its not coincidence. Never again will see me with my company car. Would rather drive to other side of the city. UPDATE: so I went to other place. You didn't last time made any entry to service booklet. Also, bottom cover was not properly tighten so it made noise. Also you didn't fill the NO2, so I had to do it several weeks after. Thats mechanical part from 10 months ago. Now came back and customer service was rude. I dont know what can we talk about.

Very bad experience. I brought my wife's car to make the yearly technical check and, when I got it back, I found out that they didn't do the technical check like we expressely asked, but just a 'pre-control' for 150,00 Euros!!! As a result of that, we now have to take an appointment with Brussels Autocontrole with zero assistance and we will have to pay extra costs. Litterally waste of time and money (I won't use the right terminology because it would be too rude) for absolutely NOTHING. Service super slow and poorly organised. I was thinking to buy a new car for my wife in that shop, by replacing our Peugeot 107 with something new, but I have completely changed my mind.

Kind of chaotic, no-one at the service counter for 10 minutes, no-one knows how to proceed with a simple service request, they can't find the car in the parking lot, etc. Friendly enough, but given all the back and forth to do a simple task it's not surprising dealer service charges are so high.
