Staff has lack of empathy and compassion. Mixed communication. No concern for patients. Will not go back. They treat you like a number.

I drove here from Scranton for an open MRI and I will DEFINITELY be coming here from now on. Was in extreme pain lying flat and have anxiety. The tech was so kind, and patient with me. I would drive any where to receive this kind of care and compassion. Thank you Caroline you really helped me so much!!

I had to go in for x-rays . The people were very nice to me . They got me in and out fast like I hoped for . I want to go back if I need anything in the future .

Professional and pleasant staff. Great facility. Nothing negative at all.

Penn State Hershey Cancer Center tried to reach this facility to get a copy of my chest X-ray for over an hour during regular business hours. No one answered the phone. Only an answering machine directed you to leave name and number and they would contact you on the next business day. On my way home from Hershey, I finally reached them. The receptionist was extremely rude and called me a liar. I spoke with another person who told me the “big whigs” were down and all of them had to attend a meeting. No one could contact them. This is outrageous. I will never use this facility again. From what I see online, it appears that this facility is no longer owned by local people but rather a conglomerate from NY. The chest X-ray and report they did caused me to have a Cat scan which fortunately was negative. I question their skills.
