The platform is not just a standard place that you have great seaside views from. The construction itself is out of ordinary. It is approximately 12 meters from the ground overseeing entire beach. Close to the entrance there are remains of an old church that's been there for centuries. Due to receding land, most of the church walls collapsed. There is a nice museum, not too far from the platform, that shows the history of the area. Pretty interesting.
