As general contractors, we engage Loki Tiling to install anti-fracture membranes, water proofing, electric in-floor heat and tile for bathrooms, kitchens and even entire condo floors. I appreciate that Loki himself visits our project, assesses and advises us what prep is needed. They arrive when they promise. Plus, they do an impeccable install, quickly and efficiently. Now that they have a retail tile store, my customers are reporting a huge selection, and that Loki people work with them to find the tile they are after. Pretty impressive.

I spoke with Kersten at Loki tile today about a screw hole in a tile in a shower wall. Loki installed all the tile in our home when it was built ten years ago. I needed to patch a small visible hole left in a shower wall tile by a screw holding a bracket for a shower wall panel that had to be replaced. Kersten was delightful and suggested I visit the store with pictures of the tile so she could match the grout. She did that and gave me a small amount of the material and instructions on how to repair the hole. Wonderful match and great customer service! If we need tile repair or replacement, we will be back! Thank you so very much!
