I rescued my pup a month ago and Veterinary Care Group has been so helpful in setting up her care. Everyone is so friendly and my Maggie LOVES going there. They made her feel so welcome at her initial visit and I am very grateful to have such lovely people taking care of my pup.

We have been through several clinics, the experience ranged from \okay\ to \good\. However, we needed a place where we can feel totally satisfied, and found it! The staff and the docs at Veterinary Care Group at the Middle Village location provided the best service by far! Dr. Colon (oh, how Blu adores her!) made us feel like family. We finally found our \Home\. Kudos to all!! Doc Colon, YOU SIMPLY ROCK!!! Thank you all for your great service.
Veterinary Cary Group is the best pet clinic I have ever been to. Beyond their great pricing, they truly care about your pets well-being. We have called with questions between visits and doctors always personally call you back the same day. I have even have the vet call back 3 hours after they close to ensure our questions are answered. They respond to every email in a timely manner and are always helpful. When we lost our dog we even received the most personal handwritten card from our doctor. We have been going there for a few years and I would highly recommend their office to everyone with the most confidence. Writing a review is least we can do to thank them for the care they give our dogs.
I am a dog owner for more than 20 years. In the last 5 years one of the dogs Trotter was diagnosed with CHF and Kidney Disease. We been fighting this and visited many veterinary clinics but in the last 2 years we stayed only with Veterinary Care Group because of their experience professionalism and knoweledge also because they care like a family member. Doctors front desk and technicians are kind and understanding of the dog owners concerns and they do everything they can to save your pets. My Trotter is alive today thanks to this clinic. Trotter will be 15 years old in January 2021 and her illness has been under control Thanks to Dr Schwartz, Dr. Colon and Dr. Ivanov. They work as a team and i admire that because i been to many clinics and i never seen something like this. I trust them and i feel safe to leave my Trotter in their hands and make the best decisions for her health. I highly recommend them and they well experienced with pets with CHF and Kidney disease. I thank them every day for saving my Trotter many times.
My first veterinarian experience for our new weeks old Bichpoo & of course as any parent you want the best for your new addition so we made sure of it. Veterinary Care Group honestly is the BEST choice I could of made for her& us. Made my experience so comfortable was very informative with everything literally and was very open to any questions or concerns without any complaints at all. I’m so thankful to have found them. I would definitely recommend to anyone who ho wants to find a safe place where you are comfortable and your cat/dog is as well..
