Unfortunately worst experience ever. I gone there for the first time with my 2 dogs, hoping to find the great permanent veterinarian clinic after moving close by. I came for the vaccination, which I mentioned on the phone as a reason. We needed to wait outside (due to covid), tho the appointment was late for 40min and there was no shadow nearby and temperature was around 40 degrees. I was waiting alone very distantly, while first doctor came, give me a lecture that I need to leash my dog (dog was with a loosen leash siting by my side, as it was hard to wait so long holding 2 big dogs) and took their passports. Then second doctor (male) appeared, asking if this (pointing) vacina was made by his colleague? - i got confused and replied that it was made by another doctor in another city, and then I received Portuguese language lecture. Then he just moved his hand and told to give my dog (still outside the clinic). I asked why and insist to go with her. He replied that he needs to weigh her and I can’t go. I refused to give her. As such a necessity never happened in international experience, I always lead my dogs to observe and as well to comfort them as they are not the veterinarian fans. Then he left, swearing. Then Came back, called to enter and started to inspect the dog. I told that they been inspected 3 weeks ago and it is not necessary. Then he appeared with syringe, another doctor apeared, took the leash from my hands and he vaccinated. No talking to me nothing before, not saying what is going to happen and all in the middle of the hallway. I asked what vacina it was all in shock, as we didn’t talked, just week ago in reception i mentioned vaccination. In the end i paid vaccination and consultation (didn’t happen) and left. No care for animal or respectfull and informative communication to owner. No personalization, it felt realy like vilage cow doctors mentality. I felt horrible. Very not safe. Would not recommend it.
