My dog had to go in for emergency care. The staff was so kind and efficient. I was very impressed and grateful. I will definitely be using this clinic in the future.

Definitely the best clinic for animal in Germany. Friendly, nice and Very professional stuff. Doctor Hans Ulrich-Kosfeld in regonize what is the problem with my dog leg. Later the xray and tomography only prove his diagnose. Explain me every single detail of that what's wrong with dog leg, and how to fix it. Without any stress, watching on the clock answer on every question and doubt which I had. After operation talk and consulting with doctor which prepare 12 weeks plan for dog recovering. Price is high, but I can not agree with some comments, that clinic check the credit cards and credit possibility before animal diagnose, consulting or operation. Bild for operation was without any problem cutting for parts and payed now in small and good for me rates. Great place! For everyone who search the best doctors and medical stuff for animal!

I saw Dr. Heibl yesterday. The entire experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. He was rude and abrasive and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Even the vet tech messed up a simple blood draw from the sweetest cat in the world. They traumatized him and then brought him back into the room with his entire leg bandaged and did not have a good explanation. When I got him home, the bandage was wrapped very badly around his fur and there was blood underneath. Overall, the facility was nice. They're very careful about distancing and COVID precautions, the support staff seem nice. It took over a month to get an appointment, though, and they're not super responsive to e-mail. Considering it's the only 24 hour clinic in the area, I hope my experience was the exception. I'd hate to need late night care for my pets as I don't have much faith that they'll do a good job here. My pets are part of my family. I don't mind paying a high price for quality care but this was not it.
