The person who came just toke a picture of the air handler and said it would be close to 10 thousand dollars. Which I have had quotes from two other place which were 3 thousand dollars cheaper then veterans air. I didn’t even receive a hand written quote or saw anything on paper. I told him that’s to much that I had better quotes elsewhere. But I still wanted a handle written quote so he went to take a picture of the outside unit and told me he will email it to me. And HE said “ thank you for not wasting my time “ and still haven’t received a quote by email

Joe was on time, friendly, courteous and efficient. He double checked our system to make sure it was in good running condition. He quickly evaluated our air flow problem, drew up a new plan for install the air ducts correctly and gave us a very reasonable price for the work! We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain everything to us. We look forward to getting the work completed with Veterans Air.

My wife Janet had done a lot of research into Air-conditioning company's, the name of one company kept coming up with happy customers … Veterans Air. We got them after having tried a few different company's over the years. We were assigned a representative for maintenance so when we call unless he has the day off we always have the same person. Jon Curtis. Jon knew we wanted a new system but not until next year, unfortunately our system didn’t want to work with us and died on Wednesday, Jon came out and confirmed the death. Then he sat down and we went over our options, we needed a new system but were not happy with the how the air return had been set up on the old system also we had a dead air spot a hot spot that needed attention. Jon figured out a fix for those two problems, got us hooked up with an 18 month 0% loan, which allowed us to breath while paying off the new unit. Jon’s idea for our fix; a new vent to push air into the hall and moving the old air return to the upper half of the door to our air-conditions room. The next day Veterans Air sent two workers out to put in our new system. I’ve worked my whole life and can tell when workers know what they are doing or if they seem to be trying to figure it out. These two knew what they were doing. They worked well together and did a very nice and tidy job. Also they dealt well a couple of unforeseen problems with how the old unit was hooked up. That is the biggest difference between someone who knows what they are doing and well everyone else. Now other company's that I had dealt with before, all wanted me to get a bigger system, I didn’t need a bigger system I just needed a good fix on how air was handled. The end result is a nice Cool House. Thank you all at Veterans Air from the Person who takes the phone calls to the people who show up at your door, very professional. I apologize for not remembering the names of the work crew that was sent out.
