So we had a Monday today and our A/C went out. Mr. K was our service technician and he stayed with us most of the day and would not quit until he had figured out the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed that he did not get rattled in a medical facility . He was calm and extremely professional. I have been so impressed with the quality and expertise that Carolina Commercial Systems consistently gives.

CCS has done quite a bit of work at our office buildings over the years and we have always been impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work. I recently asked them to come to my personal home to see if they could fix an odd problem that has been plaguing our zone system for years. I was surprised that they were able to solve the problem with one visit. I definitely recommend!

I can not thank you enough for the amazing service you have provided!!! My name is David Hall and I am a dentist in Garner. We have had an AC ? Heat Unit that has given us frustration for ten years. We could never get a company to fix it properly. My receptionist finally looked under \ certified technicians \ for our particular unit and so we called Carolina Commercial Systems. They had a service man , Philip Hinnant come to our office and I have never met anyone like him. He is truly an expert. He is enthusiastic, he is a great teacher , he has made our office comfortable, he fixed our unit in every way. It cools when it is supposed to cool and it heats when it suppose to heat.Wow !. I truly can not thank you all enough for solving a problem that lasted a long ten years. What a blessing y'all are!!!!
