I had the wonderful experience of dealing with Alex. He was very prompt in replying to me and in making a time to meet. He provided me with his cell number and we texted often including the time he would arrive. On his arrival, he quickly assessed the problem with our fireplace, and resolved the issue on the spot. There was no need for a second visit as he had the items we needed within his truck. His expertise, diligence, fabulous service and true integrity are the reasons I will call Alex again for a fireplace or for any future fireplace issues.

I regret hiring Alex. He installed a faulty fireplace in my home. Large amounts of paint (some several inches long) started flaking off the unit and the sensor was faulty. Now, it only starts sporadically. It’s been two years of trying to get this fixed, and there’s been little progress. I keep texting Alex; he keeps putting off doing anything. It’s pretty frustrating. I recommend avoiding Vanox.
I would highly recommend Alex and his crew for any and all installs and servicing. I’m a construction superintendent for many years and Alex shined on both my jobs.

An excellent experience with Vanox! We needed the glass pane replaced on our gas fireplace. I contacted multiple companies, and confidently decided on Vanox. Firstly, it was the best price (nearly half of other quotes); secondly, Alex is very flexible and accomodating; thirdly, he is very knowlegeable! I will recommend him to anyone who has fireplace needs, no question ;)
