Dave was incredibly helpful when we were looking for help with our older fireplace. FYI, to get to the store front, you need to drive past the gate in the BACK. You will see the Culligan Water from the street front on Sargent, so it's a bit easy to miss.

Although I realize it is up to me, it would have been nice to have it mentioned that I needed a permit. Found out from the city after the install, have to pay a fine. I politely asked them to help with the fine and was told by the owner Kelly that it’s my problem, and they have installed hundred across the province without any talk of permits. Buyer beware. I will forever warn all my cottage and city friends as well as business associated about their practices. Zero integrity. Sad.
Nice people but its NOT RETAIL...ITS WHOLESALE ONLY...BUMMER! Edit.. I was wrong.. it looks wholesale but IT'S RETAIL as well.. I changed my review to 5 stars from 3.. Oops... anyway I'm very happy with the sales people... easily the best I've come across in the pellet stove.. wood stove.... business
