One of the worst. Need to change. I have appointment between 2:30 to 3:30 and test started at 3:45. When asked why that much late person said give your test and get lost from here. If that happen with Educated person i don't know what will happen with person with less knowledge. Truly immorality.

Horrible experience ever had. As per online appointment they give me 10:30 to 11:30 time slot I reached 10 am and all office staff came after 11 am . taking how long break didn't understand yet. No one like to work effectively as taking unnecessary long waiting time. Need to drastically improvement in customer service as taking money for work. Many things not clear in websites when you filled form it happened to me for my idp and they forced me to cancel applications then for what they give that option or didn't mention that they didn't give idp with option 1 and 2. Gov. Hope understand their one mistake citizen faces unwanted issues.
Great experience! Never imagined that i would get experience government services and head officers response this much sensitiviely to my IDP . They understand deeply how much important is that and even they worked after job hours for me. Salute to them, specially head officers!
This Place has big parking structure in front side of building and has well maintained office room with different sections. The only cons of this place is sometimes your more then half day is wasted here due to delay in work ( there servers are always down ).
The condition of the place is PATHETIC , the people working there have no manners , nobody knows anything. Every single instruction or boards are in Gujarati, there's no way to figure expect asking other people. The people working there will treat you like trash and have no respect for anyone. The place is not at all professional and there's no SOP. The condition of the test track is bad and is deteriorating. I would have given them minus one but there's no option for that :)))
Fans not working almost every where inside. No proper hygiene maintain within premises nor in toilet.
