I hope this review is left in the right place. I just wanted to relay my message of gratitude to the bin men who have been collecting from me in the 2.5yrs I have lived here in Poppy Way, Havant. I’ve forgotten to put my bin out at least 6 times maybe more yet they come and get it anyway and whenever I do catch up with them they just smile and say ‘no worries mate’ with a big smile on their faces. Don’t think these guys get enough appreciation for the job they do so if they are reading this... Thank you guys, keep doing a great job

I cannot talk about all departments of course but the licencing department I use to deal with is very efficient and people are always so polite.

God help you with getting anything done lately with the \virus\ work strategy in the council. You call a number one day and maybe the next one somebody will answer. Licensing department is worse than it was.

Operator is deliberately vague and unhelpful as well as extremely literal towards enquires, and will most of the time send your call to an answer machine, that’s if she doesn’t just end the call instead of sending call through exchange, to the correct department.
