Wish i could give less than a star. Completely hopeless. Website has a list of numbers dedicated to 'out of hours emergencies' yet follow the same operating times as the main phone number. Every time theres a small bit of rain the corner opposite the royal british legion in cradley floods. Do they do anyhting about it knowing that it consistently floods across both lanes? No. They simply put a sign a few meters up the road because its far cheaper and easier than actually sorting the problem. I will be on the phone with them on monday as soon as lines reopen and i am going to slaughter them to high heaven. Unbelievable how people can be so useless.
Just moved to the area. Had very good service from both planning and environmental teams.
I cannot even think of any words to describe this bunch. One star? If only they had one!
Deterioration after Deterioration. Its slow but progressive. You put up with things that you would not let the council get away with 20 years ago. Its really noticeable when you visit other towns and then come back to Leominster. Its gone beyond patching things up now.
