Terrible service from management and the team.. Firstly waited for my car to be delivered, after calling Mrs Jones at the head office at departure of my flight. Upon arrival, the vehicle had been delayed and it was late at night so no inspections were done. To my horror when I arrived home my fender was damaged. It was clearly an incident of another vehicle having reversed into the fender damaging the vehicle. Immediately reporting the incident to manager Neil, absolutely nothing was done with the incident, not even the decency to call me back with respect to the damage. Never again... Please check with your management ...not finding me on your system is yet another flaw on the service provided!? My invoice number is 11732...responding to a complaint 2 months......

Excellent service from Valet Parking Services. I Parked my car with them for a week. My first time using a valet service, and I was so impressed. The staff were waiting at the airport and were very friendly and helpful, the office staff were very professional in explaining the process. I forgot my cell phone in the car and the driver chased me down to return my phone safely. Got my car back spotless and on time. Will definitely use your company again and recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for your excellent service. Was such a pleasant experience.
I will never use them again. I have been communicating from them throughout my travelling. Landed and i had to wait for 20 for them to bring my car. I wash my car better than how they washed it. To top it all, a very fancy virgin active masks went missing from my car, brand new R120, i left it there because i didnt think someone will go to a level of taking the mask \u200d️ if they cant be trusted with small things how much more with valuable things that you genuinely forgot mxm
Frustrated with the unbelievable lack of service and non-response from this business. Upon admission of guilt in that one of their drivers had an accident with my wifes car, to date I have not received a phone call, an apology or compensation (as they telephonically agreed after I called and they completed their internal investigation) The vehicle has still not been repaired as they apparently don't have insurance. I need to claim from my insurance and they will pay my excess is what I was told. If anybody is able to assist with a contact number of the owners please share them.
Decided to try a new company and completely regretted it. Landed back and waited A WHILE for my car to be brought back. I get told that I should've called when I landed. Granted, now I see it on the receipt, but I should've been told this. Why did the guy who took the car not mention this? What's the point of submitting my flight details of they won't be used? With the other company I've used for years, my car always arrived back at the airport before I landed. First and last time I'm using this company! Also, the price charged is different from what was quoted on the website.
60 days and still no refund after it was promised on numerous times.....from staff on leave to payment will be made as soon as the manager is back to "we have outsourced the refunds to a different company "
We're always too quick to COMPLAIN about anything and everything but soo reluctant / inconsiderate / self-important and or entitled to spare a few minutes to Thank, Acknowledge, Compliment and Recognise great and service excellence to those that provide it in the normal course of business. Be more aware, considerate and grateful even if you are paying for it.
VPS is my first port of call when I am travelling. The service is fast and professional. Owner is hands on. I will always recommend them
