The young lady working in the rain tonight was working so hard, running while soaking wet. Management should provide cover during inclement weather and lighting.

I used your valet service to park my car this evening at P.F.Changs in downtown salt lake. I came out of the restaurant and when I saw my car I was quite shocked. It was completely covered in debris. This was a problem in and of itself however, the attendant did not say anything about it. No apology, no explanation. Nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service that was portrayed by your company.

Harassed and threatened to move my car out of the way after 5 minutes of waiting behind an incompetent employee. I'll definitely not be using this service ever, no wonder they have 3 stars..

Parked right in front of Christopher's in Salt Lake City, the valet was present at his desk, watched us get out and opened the door for us and didn't say a word about paying for parking. There were not signs near the stalls right in front so when he didn't say anything we thought we were fine. Would've been nice if he'd used his head and told us we needed to pay for parking even though we parked ourselves.

P.F. Chang's, man your gettin a lot of bad reviews. Try not acting like idiots and continually thinking you can do whatever you want for a start and try respecting others. These guys suck at valet here not only am I always worried about debris all over my car from the dirt lot they rally and park all the cars in, I'm always confused about where to pull up because their valet signs are always unnoticeable and pushed way off towards the curb and in the bike lane not between the road and the parking spot like they should be. Like it is everywhere else in the world. Like it is a volters across the street, why can't you just follow their lead? What gives guys? Are you just completely imcompitant? Why would I trust you again with my 50,000 vehicle? Little loan pay you to treat me and my car like garbage? I'll park it myself thanks. Don't waste your time and money on these guys. Food sucks there anyhow.

People normally only leave a review when something goes wrong and they want to complain. Well thing went wrong they lost my smart key last night and I lost my spare key two weeks earlier. Chris Maratta (one of the owners) came down to the restaurant with in 30min, meanwhile the employee that lost the smart key stayed late looking for my key in the rain. After getting done eating the employees informed me that the key was missing and they all took time looking for my key. Chris and his employees went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Accidents happen and it's how you handle the situation that matters. VPS is a great company. Thanks

Worked for this company for over a year, at the Hilton, Monaco, Ogden Regional, Park City Regional. Averaged about 12.30/hour over the whole time I worked for them. Not a big deal, not bad money for a HS graduate, working part-time going to school. One of the main managers, Buzz Eckhardt was a total jerk. Vulgar, disrespectful. Time reporting at this job happens with a automated phone system, that constantly has problems. During the time I worked for this company about 65 hours worth of work were unpaid. I managed to get about 45 hours back on the books, but eventually quit, having about 20 unpaid hours. I easily spent more hours trying to get my shifts paid than I actually got back in . Not to mention you have to pay up to 350 for any damage you do to vehicles. Luckily I never damaged any vehicle, but I did mis-place a radio - and they charged me 200 which was deducted from my pay, without notifying me. The clip on the radio was broken for a long period. Loss of the radio was imminent. I was the lucky son-of-a-gun who got to buy Hilton a new radio. (Hilton charges VPS, VPS charged me, because my name was on the radio check-out form.) I wouldn't recommend working for or doing business with this shady company with poor business practices.
