I have used Moore Prpoane for many years now and always been satisfied with timely delivery and service on replacement of expired date tanks.
Very happy with the service I have received with the staff at Moore Propane. From Tank installation to filling it when needed. The people I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly.
We were away for a few days, and came home to no heat. As new winter tenants we both forgot to check the propane tanks. I called in today, on a Sunday and was happy when someone answered the phone. He was lovely and offered suggestions on how to warm up the house until a delivery could be made this week, as we knew we could manage a few days to avoid an emergency service call charge. He has everything ready for the dispatcher tomorrow to contact me for the next available date. I would highly recommend Moore Propane, as their customer service is fantastic!
Been a customer for 9 years, have run out of propane 6 times..Told them to top me up monthly, but haven't seen it. I live 4 km from the Utterson depot. when the next tank is empty, going with Budget..
