Dreadful company. Rented a CO2 cylinder, used it, then returned it. My deposit was never returned. I phoned the company and to say they were less then helpful would be an understatement. Just finding my account on their system was a monumental undertaking - clearly so you don't call them again! Once they did eventually find my account they confirmed that my deposit hadn't been refunded and assured me it would be returned to my account in a couple of days. It wasn't. I then emailed their complaints email address - no response. Avoid these jokers like the plague. Edit. Very sorry to hear about your loss, however, I returned the cylinder in September. You have ignored my emails and deliberately lied to me over the phone. The review stands.

Gas delivered today shed nice and cosy now. Plenty of ventilation of course! Credit to Andy, driver. Delivery spot on.
Have had ongoing back and forth finally got through to a helpful guy on the phone, will have to see what happens with my order, not overly impressed with the service. No delivery confirmation email and up till now a lack of regard for my order being late. However the person I got through to today was helpful and seemed more understanding than others I’ve got through to previously.

We have used gas U.K. for few months and we have returned the emptied gas bottle since June 2020. They gave us different excuses of not refunding the bottle charge and the deposit. In the beginning they said they don’t know which bank account to refund but it is not the first time they refund to us through PayPal. After several follow up calls of not receiving the refund, they then said they couldn’t find out returned bottle. We chased for so many times and we even sent them a written chase by post. It is November now and we still not receive the refund and deposit back.
