Having used Ace Energy many times, their service is second to non. Friendly polite staff from office to delivery. Would highly recommend. Well done!

First time we have used them - great service and the hauliers they use were tremendous - expect we shall be back for more
Usually lovely staff and use them often for coal but i was shocked today by the level of rudeness from the lady i spoke to on the phone. Such a horrible attitude. Will go elsewhere in future for coal. Making customers feel like an inconvenience.
I have been buying fuel from here for a long time now. They are absolutely lovely to deal, with very friendly and efficient. The delivery man deserves a medal for bringing heavy fuel to this address.
Been buying of ace for over 10 years. Brilliant staff and great fuel. Called in to book a delivery and it was dropped off the same day. Keep up the good work ace
