Complete scam. Washer stopped working and the dryer timer doesn't work. Called to have it repaired as I purchased the 89 warranty and was told I still have to pay 89 to have them drive out to look at the units. Ken said the 89 I paid was "more like a deductable than a warranty". Well Ken, that's not what you said when I gave you 800 for a washer, dryer, delivery fee and warranty. He got mad and yelled at me, then he said, "tell your husband to call me". Seriously!? Is this 1955? He also no-showed with my delivery 3 times. Zero customer service, horrible merchandise. Worst kind of "used" products.

Store closed. Google says open till 6 PM, it is stores responsibility to update the timings online. I looked up online and I am here. Waste of my time.
I check here first anytime I'm in the market for appliances every since purchasing my 1st washer/dryer set from Mr. Ken 5 years ago. He and his son made it a seamless purchase and delivery. A true example of integrity in a small business. R.I.P. Mr. Ken! \u003c3 \u003c3 \u003c3
After reading the reviews of how awesome this business is it saddens me to write that there is an individual on Facebook using this business name & information for SCAMS. A woman by the fake name Amanda Manning is posting washer & dryers for sale as if it’s from this business. Even sending invoices & scheduling delivery times. My partner & I were scammed for 175 that was a “deposit” for a new washer & dryer set. From the reviews here it seems that the family owners would never do such a thing. This post is to make the family aware that there is someone using their business to harm hard working Americans.
I found out today that Kenneth, the owner, passed away. He was patient and detailed when I was indecisive about choosing a washer and dryer. He delivered them months ago as promised and wanted to ensure I knew how to use them. A great man with a caring spirit. RIP
Kenneth was as awesome as they come. Longwinded af but down to earth honest and the kinda guy that goes above and beyond. RIP Kenneth.
Kenneth was very helpful to me. I came in looking to buy a used electric dryer. He asked me what was wrong with my broken one. Brought it to him and he fixed and cleaned it same day at a very affordable price!! Very nice and informative man!!! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!!!
