This is the busiest, small appliance store I've ever been to. We ordered a used fridge for our retail store. It should be delivered tomorrow. So far, the experience has been great. Update - The owner uses a contractor to deliver appliances. We gladly paid 75 to have a refrigerator delivered. I asked if our old fridge could be taken away, and was told Yes, as long the old fridge is outside. The fridge is still outside (5 weeks now), since the delivery guy left without removing the old fridge. The owner either doesn't answer her phone, or when she does, she says "text me the address" (done multiple times). Still no help. This makes me question any warranty support from the seller.

Buyers beware! They hide all the defects that would deter them from a sell. I purchase a mini refrigerator from them for my spa and it was supposedly "new in the box". I get there and these things are sitting on the box jammed packed so you can see all the dents and damage all up and down the appliance. They when them all plugged in to show you they are working which is the concern for most people. If you want something aesthetically appealing, this is not the place to throw you money away at. I now have to find a creative way to hide this obvious damage all up and down this busted up refrigerator that appears to have been body slammed a half dozen times on the cement. Totally deceptive and horrible practices here!
Beware when you decide to shop in this store. We had visited this place few time to see what they got in stack, the last time we found what we want it, so we bought few appliances but we know this is a used or dent and understand that. the problem was when we decided to also get a microwave they had all wrap up, they said is was working fine so we took it home, that was our mistake, we should had unwrapped it there and check if it was working, the other appliances we had to come back because they needed to be ck and clean, and made a deposit for them. So back to the microwave, took it home waited for our daughter, for whom we bought it, to come back from work, and unwrapped and ck it to see how it work, well, no surprise there were a few dents and scratches but also when you open the door a big dent by the door latch that the sensor don't recognize the door is close. so is not working, next day we took ir back and one of the ladies told us that the sale is as is, and we knew that, we left it there, we still need it to come back for the other appliances when the call us that they were ready, call never came, we show up to few days later the appliance were not ready, but when we talk about the microwave they said that it wasn't working because it was dropped and I said that that was exactly the problem but what I didn't realize was that she was accusing us of dropping it and that we own them the money for it, well long story short end up paying for a not working microwave what they said was there cost, and taking one of the other appliance with the deposit. Please don't take their word ck everything before you buy. don't be as dumb as we were.
This place is not honest. They hide all defects. When you look at the item in photos you expect that item to be available/clean upon arrival. They take photos of different items then what are actually available in order to draw you to their store. Upon arrival, all they had was DIRTY junk. They advertise the same two sets with 20 different Facebook ads apparently. And get this.. their prices aren’t consistent either. The “shop” is dirty and the staff is rude. The girl whom was there was talking about buying spray because she stunk up the bathroom.. uhm.. hello... aren’t you supposed to be professional when customers are around?! I should’ve read reviews before driving 40 minutes... SMH.
Delivered a dryer to my home when I was not there and set it on the porch. Deliver was set up for the next day but they brought it the same day when I was not at home. When I called them they wouldn’t answer. I went back to the store and asked why would they deliver the dryer when I was not at home. All they said is the dryer weighs 10lbs and I can just pick it up and put it in my house. They wouldn’t give me my money back or come and put the dryer in my house. Horrible customer service and they are scammers. They don’t have good business practices and would advise anyone from buying anything from them.
Called OCPD. Filed report. Going to court. Shannon McClure took 879 for a BRAND NEW 7.5 Washer. When it was delivered it was full of mold and dirt. SCAMMER!!!!! She try to hide from me but the police made her come out
Worst experienced ever i bought a set washer and dryer, they looked brand new pay 50 for delivery the dryer only worked one day and stop heating..i called them and she had the audacity to tell me that if i want it fix i have to bring it to them make no sense, when, i already pay for delivery i was so mad i want it to call her every name in the book ..excuse me
The WORST Customer service ever. Please do not buy from them.
